Travel fees are charged separately as follows:

What are Acceptable Forms of Identification?

Examples of acceptable ID for services such as an emergency notary are:

An original*, unexpired government-issued photo ID, including a Driver's License, State ID Card, Passport, or Military ID.

*Photocopies and/or photos of ID on a phone or computer are not acceptable.

For documents requiring a witness, such as those handled by a loan signing agent or during a marriage ceremony, the witnesses must be:

Legal Adults (18+)

Unrelated to the signer and each other, especially for documents that require more than one witness

Not named as the attorney-in-fact or agent

One witness for each witness line on the document (for each signer), and available at the time of the signing.

This is important for real estate signing and other legal matters, ensuring all requirements are met by a mobile notary.
