What Does a Notary Do?
A Notary Public certifies the proper execution of many life-changing documents of private citizens, including transactions to convey real estate, grant powers of attorney, establish a prenuptial agreement, or perform the multitude of other activities which enable our civil society to function.
However, as we are not attorneys, financial advisors, or escrow officers, we are not able to offer advice or explanation of the documents being notarized. For legal or financial advice you would need to speak with an attorney or the company from whom you obtained the paperwork.
Real Estate Transactions
We provide notary services for real estate transactions, including deeds, affidavits, and other documents related to real estate.
Certified Loan Signing Agent
Our certified loan signing agent is experienced in handling loan documents and can ensure all documents are properly signed and notarized to meet lender requirements.
Estate Planning Documents
Our notary is experienced in notarizing estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents.
What is a Mobile Notary?
A mobile notary comes to an agreed upon location, such as your home, office, coffee shop, library, medical facility, restaurant, etc. to perform the notary service. This adds to the convenience of the service, while reducing the stress by eliminating the need to go to the notary, we come to you.
Affordable Rates
We offer competitive and affordable rates for all of our notary services. Our base rate is $10 per signature per document as prescribed by the State of Alabama.
Travel fees are charged separately as follows:
- 0 to 25 miles - $25
- 26 to 50 miles - $50
- 51 to 75 miles. - $75
- 76+ miles - $100

What are Acceptable Forms of Identification?
Examples of acceptable ID are:
- An original*, unexpired government-issued photo ID
Driver's License
State ID Card
Passport
Military ID
*Photocopies and/or photos of ID on a phone or computer are not acceptable.
For documents requiring a witness, the witnesses will need to be:
- Legal Adults (18+)
- Be unrelated to the signer, and each other, for documents requiring more than one witness
- Not named as the attorney-in-fact or agent
- One witness for each witness line on the document (for each signer), and available at the time of the signing
